　　一、生产型胶体磨主要用途
　　该机适用于制药、食品、化工及其他行业的湿物料超微粉碎，能起到各种半流体及乳状液体物质的破碎、乳化、均质和混合，主要技术指标已达到国外同类产品的先进水平。
　　二、生产型胶体磨工作原理
　　胶体磨是由电动机通过皮带传动带动转齿（或称为转子）与相配的定齿（或称为定子）作相对的高速旋转，其中一个高速旋转，另一个静止，被加工物料通过本身的重量或外部压力（可由泵产生）加压产生向下的螺旋冲击力，透过定、转齿之间的间隙（间隙可调）时受到强大的剪切力、摩擦力、高频振动、高速旋涡等物理作用，使物料被有效地乳化、分散、均质和粉碎，达到物料超细粉碎及乳化的效果。破碎室设有三道磨碎区，一级为粗磨碎区，二级为细磨碎区，三级为超微磨碎区，通过调整转子的间隙，能紧凑运转，具有平稳、噪音小、耐腐蚀、易清洗、维修方便等特点。目前是国内湿法粉碎较理想的设备
　　三、生产型胶体磨应用范围
　　1、食品工业：芦荟、菠萝、芝麻、果茶、冰淇淋、月饼馅、奶油、果酱、果汁、大豆、豆酱、豆沙、花生 奶、蛋白奶、豆奶、乳制品，麦乳精、香精、各种饮料等。
