　　一、简介
　　高效混合机是由JQJ1-170剪切机、CIP-B30自吸泵和控制柜三部分组成，剪切机是利用定子、转子之间狭窄间隙中形成的紊流对物料进行高速、强烈的液力剪切、离心挤压、撞击和研磨来完成物料的连续分散、乳化及粉碎。定转子采用新型齿形组合。定子与转子均采用高强度不锈钢，表面并经过特殊硬化处理精密制造而成，电机采用电机直联形式，电机轴采用特殊不锈钢。

　　密封为机械密封。物料由料斗通过自吸泵输送到剪切机。本机总体结构简单、体积小、重量轻、耐磨性好、噪音低和运行平稳等优点、其特点是不用研磨介质，集分散、乳化、均质、破碎、输送为一体。
　　二、应用
　　本机适用于食品饮料、制药、颜料、染料、涂料、油水乳化、精细化工、石化等行业。（固体与液体）可轻松完成高粘度和含量高的悬浮液的分散和高效溶解。（液体与液体）油、水的乳化，细胞组织的破碎。（气体、液体、固体）吸收、溶解、萃取的混合、分散。同时具有一定的输送能力。
